2.Crescent Former (Core Component of crescent former paper machine)
Structure: Composed of forming roll, wire-felt wedge zone and water collecting tray, featuring a crescent encircling structure.
Working principle: Pulp is injected into the wire-felt gap. No vacuum suction is required, and dewatering is realized by centrifugal force of the forming roll, delivering high dewatering efficiency and low power consumption.
Advantages: Cantilever structure enables quick wire and felt replacement. It ensures uniform cross-machine formation and produces soft and delicate tissue paper.
3.Vacuum Press Section
Equipped with vacuum press roll and controllable press nip, the linear pressure reaches 110kN/m.
It further removes water, raising dryness to 42%-45% after pressing and cutting down drying energy consumption.
4.Yankee Dryer & Hot Air Hood
Yankee dryer: Diameter ranges from 3000mm to 3660mm, made of alloy cast iron or steel. Capillary drainage inside efficiently discharges condensed water for superior thermal efficiency.
Open-close breathing air hood: It achieves high and evenly distributed heat utilization. Equipped with waste heat recovery system to reuse steam, the steam consumption per ton of paper is no more than 2.2 tons.
5.Creping Device
Crepe doctor blade accurately controls creping rate at 15%-25%, endowing tissue paper with excellent softness and water absorbency.
The seamless paper leading system ensures stable paper conveying and reduces paper breakage.

Supports automatic shaft changing and constant tension reeling with adjustable paper roll compactness. Built-in paper shaft storage realizes high automation operation of crescent former paper machine.
