Process flow of egg carton making machine

Instructions for egg tray maker machine

1.Pulping waste paper and transport to the storage tank with water.It is importent for egg carton machine.

2.Pulp from storage tank is stirred evenly by mixer and transported to pulp supply tank.

3.Pulp from supply tank is stirred to certain concentration and transported to egg tray maker machine.

4.Egg carton making machine produces egg trays and conveyor belt passes through dryer. Finally, the trays are collected and packaged.

5.Waste water in egg tray maker machine line can be pumped to the return water tank through a vacuum pump, and the water can be recycled.

1. Pulping system

(1) Put the raw materials into the pulping machine, add an appropriate amount of water, and stir for a long time to turn the waste paper into pulp, and then store it in the pulp storage tank.

(2) Place the pulp in the storage tank into the mixing tank, adjust the concentration of the pulp, and further mix the white water and concentrated pulp through the return tank with the homogenizer. Mix it into suitable pulp and put it into the pulp supply tank for use in the molding system.

(3)Equipment : pulping machine, homogenizer, pulp supply pump, vibrating screen, pulp thinning machine

2. Forming system

(1) The pulp is fed into the molding machine and is adsorbed by the vacuum system. The pulp is left on the mold on the equipment
for molding, and the white water is transmitted back to the water tank through the adsorption drive of the vacuum pump.

(2) After the mold is adsorbed, the transfer mold passes through the positive pressure of the air compressor to release air, and the formed product is blown from the forming mold to the transfer mold, which is then sent out by the transfer mold.

3. Drying system

(1) Natural sun drying: The product is directly dried by the weather and natural wind.

(2) Traditional drying: Brick tunnel kiln, with options for heat sources such as natural gas, diesel, coal, dry wood, etc Liquefied petroleum gas and other heat sources.

(3) New multi-layer drying line: The 6-layer metal drying line can save more than 30% energy compared to transmission drying, and the main heat source is clean energy such as natural gas, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, methanol, etc.
