Press roller for paper machine
The press roller is the core component of the press section of a paper machine. It works in pairs to apply pressure to wet paper sheets for dewatering and shaping.
The dewatering rate is reduced from 80% to 40%-55%, while improving the tightness and smoothness of the paper sheets.

4. Stone press roller (mostly bottom roll): Granite material boasts high hardness and smooth surface, suitable for all types of high-end paper

Tensioning roller for paper machine
The tensioning roller is installed on the side or at the end of the forming section. By adjusting its position, the tensioning roller controls the tension of the forming fabric, preventing slackness and deviation of the fabric, and reducing its vibration
Tensioning roller: stainless steel or cast iron, hollow, with smooth roller surface,the bearing seats at both ends of the tensioning roller are mounted on slidable rails, equipped with pneumatic, hydraulic, or screw-type tensioning devices
Some tensioning roller are coated with rubber to increase friction with the forming fabric.
