Using and Maintenance of Paper Making Felt
1. Find the facade with sign"Side with Paper"before using paper making felt, operate according to the arrow.
2. Wrap the top of oiled axle with plastic bag while fixing paper making felt, don't be soiled with grease.
3. Felt for paper machine must be spread and sprinkled with water first. Paper making felt is evenly wetted and strain it and slowly operate paper machine.
4. Press felt for paper machine before adding paper. and soften the surface of paper mill felt with soda water to improve its adaptability.
5. Adopt high pressure (5~20kgf/cm2)moving sprinkling pipe to wash the reverse side of paper making felt; and adopt frequent pressure(1~3 kgf/cm2)fan sprinkling to wash the obverse side of press felt for paper machine.
6. In normal operation, make the standard line is straight.
7. Regularly clean felt for paper machine, and choose special detergent for different paper mill felt. Wash alkaline felt for paper machine with acid detergent, acid paper making felt with alkaline detergent; neutral paper mill felt with non-ion active detergent. To the special part, adopt the high-pressure water-gun to sprinkle.
