Working Principle of Paper Pulp Fiber Separator Machine
Concentration of 2% -4% pulp enters the fiber separator machine under an inlet pressure of 0.15-0.25MPa. The rotor rotates at high speed to generate centrifugal and shear forces, causing the fiber bundles to fully separate. While qualified fibers are discharged through the sieve holes, and impurities are discharged from the slag discharge outlet, completing a single separation screening, which is different from the two screenings of the dual effect paper pulp fiber separator machine.
