3. Working principle of plate and frame filter press
1. The compression device of plate and frame filter press pushes the plate to tightly fit the filter plate and filter frame, forming a closed filter chamber
2. Suspension is pumped into filter chamber under pressure, and solid particles are trapped in filter chamber by filter cloth to form a filter cake
3. Filtrate pass through filter cloth and is discharged through the drainage channel on the filter plate
4.After filtration is completed, release the clamping device, sequentially pull open the filter plate and frame, remove the filter cake, clean the filter cloth, and enter the next working cycle
