1. The core process of continuous pulp digester pulp mill

1. Feed sealing: raw materials are extruded into sealing plugs through a spiral high-pressure feeder to prevent high-temperature and high-pressure gas leakage in the pulp digester tube and ensure stable pulp digester tube pressure
2. Pre treatment: raw materials are first pre steamed (to remove air) or pre impregnated (to absorb enough pulp digester liquid)
3. High temperature pulp digester tube: In the closed pulp digester tube, 150-180 ℃ and 0.5-1.2MPa, the pulp digester solution (mainly alkaline solution) fully interacts with raw materials to decompose lignin and disperse fibers
4. Continuous discharge: After the qualified pulp is depressurized and cooled, it is sprayed into the pulp silo

2. Working principle of pulp digester pulp mill
