Continuous pulp digester tube is a pulp making equipment with continuous feeding and discharging, which has the advantages of stable pulp quality, high degree of automation, and low operating costs.
1. The core process of continuous pulp digester pulp mill
1. Feed sealing: raw materials are extruded into sealing plugs through a spiral high-pressure feeder to prevent high-temperature and high-pressure gas leakage in the pulp digester tube and ensure stable pulp digester tube pressure
2. Pre treatment: raw materials are first pre steamed (to remove air) or pre impregnated (to absorb enough pulp digester liquid)
3. High temperature pulp digester tube: In the closed pulp digester tube, 150-180 ℃ and 0.5-1.2MPa, the pulp digester solution (mainly alkaline solution) fully interacts with raw materials to decompose lignin and disperse fibers
4. Continuous discharge: After the qualified pulp is depressurized and cooled, it is sprayed into the pulp silo
2. Working principle of pulp digester pulp mill

2. Straw pulp digester pulp mill
After absorbing alkali solution, the material is extruded into pulp digester tube by a spiral, and high-temperature steam is introduced into digester tube. The raw material moves at a constant speed with the spiral propeller inside the digester tube, and is steamed while being pushed, with high temperature throughout the process and rapid delignification, and is discharged at the end.
3. Inclined pulp digester tube for chemical pulp/semi chemical pulp
pulp digester tube is inclined at a 45 ° angle, and raw materials enter the pulp digester tube. The high-temperature steam inside pulp digester tube works together with the cooking liquid to quickly soften the fibers and slightly delignifie them. Continuous movement is achieved by the self weight of the raw materials and spiral propulsion, this pulp digester tube suit for low strength pulp.
4. Horizontal replacement continuous pulp digester pulp mill
Adopting displacement digester technology: Fresh pulp digester liquid is used to reverse replace the waste liquid in the pulp, ensuring full contact between solid gas and liquid, uniform delignification, adjustable pulp digester liquid ratio, and direct discharge of the pulp after digester, suitable for multiple raw materials.
