1. Working principle of propeller agitator
The motor drives the propeller type agitator blades to rotate at high speed through the gear, and when the blades rotate, propeller type agitator generate axial thrust and radial stirring force on the pulp. The axial thrust pushes pulp to form a directional circulation flow in pulp tank, achieving the propulsion of pulp; Radial stirring force disperses the fiber clusters in the pulp, maintaining uniform pulp concentration and fiber distribution, while avoiding fiber settling and accumulation.
