1. Structure of screw press machine
spiral press include feeding hopper, spiral shaft, screening drum, pressure regulating device, pulp outlet, slag discharge outlet, transmission system, and frame. The pitch of the spiral shaft usually gradually decreases from the feed end to the discharge end, while the diameter gradually increases, forming the pulp pressing section.

2. Function of screw press machine

3. Working principle of screw press machine
Pulp enters spiral press from feeding hopper and moves towards the discharge end under the rotating push of the screw shaft. Due to the reduction in pitch and increase in diameter of the screw shaft, the internal space of spiral press gradually shrinks, forming extrusion force; while the water squeezed out is discharged through the sieve drum, and the concentrated pulp is discharged from the pulp outlet. Impurities that cannot pass through the sieve holes are discharged from the slag discharge outlet. The pressure regulating device of screw press machine can control the concentration of accepts.
