1. Cylinder Thickening Machine
This cylinder thickening machine features a simple structure and cost-effective performance, widely applied for low-consistency pulp dewatering in small and medium pulp mills.
1. The cylinder thickening machine mainly consists of a cylinder mould, mesh tank, scraper assembly, transmission unit and automatic cleaning device.
2. Working principle: The lower part of the cylinder mould is fully immersed in raw pulp. With the slow rotation of the mould, pulp fibers adhere to the mesh surface and form a compact fiber layer, while excess water drains out through the filter screen. After the fiber layer rises above the liquid level, the scraper removes concentrated fiber materials to complete the thickening process of pulp thickener.
3. The inlet pulp concentration is 1%–3%, and the outlet concentration can reach 6%–10%. This type of thickening machine is perfectly suitable for processing low and medium viscosity pulp.
2. Disc Thickener
Disc thickener is high-efficiency professional equipment specially designed for paper pulp concentration and dewatering.
1.Disc thickener is composed of a disc rotor, filter plates, tank body, transmission device, discharging unit and washing cleaning system. Multiple fan-shaped filter plates are evenly installed on the disc rotor for large-area filtration.
2.Working principle: The submerged filter plates rotate slowly in the pulp tank. Water penetrates the filter plates for separation, and pulp fibers attach to the filter surface to form a stable fiber layer. The discharging device continuously scrapes off thickened pulp to realize continuous operation of the pulp thickener.

3. Inclined Screw Thickening Machine
The inclined screw thickening machine is a multifunctional unit for low to medium consistency pulp concentration and pulp washing.
1. The inclined screw thickening machine is assembled with inclined spiral rollers, high-precision filter screens, washing components, fixed frame and complete transmission system. All spiral components are installed at a reasonable inclination angle for stable material conveying.
2. Low-concentration raw pulp enters the thickening machine and moves steadily toward the discharge end with spiral propulsion. Moisture is separated and discharged through filter screens, and fibers accumulate to form high-density fiber layers, finally realizing efficient thickening by the pulp thickener.
3. This inclined screw thickening machine runs with an inlet concentration of about 3.5% and an adjustable outlet concentration of 10%–14%. It is an ideal thickening solution for small and medium-sized pulp and paper mills.
