Structure of vibrating screen separator
1. Screen drum/screen plate of vibro screen: separates impurities and fibers through different pore sizes (usually 0.1-1.5mm), and mostly made of stainless steel or polyurethane, wear-resistant and easy to replace.
2. Motor of vibro screen: generates high-frequency vibration (1000-3000r/min) through eccentric wheel to disperse pulp on vibro screen surface and avoid blockage.
3. Feed box/discharge port of vibro screen: The feed box is equipped with a guide structure to ensure even distribution of the pulp; The discharge port is divided into"accept pulp outlet"and"reject pulp outlet",reflux to the inlet of vibrating screen machine.
