Introduction to Toilet Paper Making Machine
The toilet paper making machine is a special paper manufacturing equipment integrating a pulping system and a paper forming system. Using waste paper, wood, bagasse and other raw materials, it conducts pulping, refining, stock preparation and other pulping processes, and then completes paper production through forming, pressing, drying and rewinding on the toilet tissue machine.

I. Working Principle of toilet paper making machine
The toilet tissue machine operates on the core principles of fiber dispersion, dewatering forming, and drying solidification.
First, the pulping system of the toilet paper making machine disintegrates solid raw materials into uniform pulp with qualified concentration, removing impurities and coarse fibers. The qualified pulp is then delivered to the tissue machine, where it forms a wet web through the wire section. The wet web is further dewatered by pressing, dried by dryer cylinders to remove residual moisture, and finally rewound into jumbo toilet paper rolls. The whole process of the toilet tissue machine realizes continuous and automatic production.

II. Complete Production Process
1. Pulping Process
Pulping: Raw materials such as waste paper and pulp boards are fed into a hydraulic pulper for fiber disintegration to form primary pulp for the toilet paper making machine.
Screening & Cleaning: Impurities like plastic, sand and ink are removed through pressure screens and cleaners to ensure clean pulp for the tissue machine.
Refining: Refiners cut and fibrillate fibers to improve bonding strength, ensuring the softness and strength of paper produced by the toilet tissue machine.
Stock Preparation & Consistency Control: The pulp consistency is adjusted to 0.3%–1.3% to meet the forming requirements of the toilet paper making machine.
2. Paper Forming Process
Forming: Diluted pulp is evenly sprayed onto the forming fabric via the headbox of the tissue machine, forming a wet web through gravity and vacuum dewatering.
Press Dewatering: The wet web enters the press section of the toilet tissue machine for mechanical squeezing, greatly reducing moisture content and enhancing sheet formation.
Drying: The web is dried on steam-heated dryer cylinders of the toilet paper making machine to reach the required dryness.
Rewinding: The dried paper is calendered for smoothness and finally rewound into jumbo rolls by the rewinder of the tissue machine.
